Luxe Breakers LLC is a Florida limited liability company operating the website luxebreakers.com. We sell presealed precious metal collectible packs shipped within the United States. You can reach us at [email protected].

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you use Google OAuth, your name and Google profile information. You may also provide a username.

Shipping address

To fulfill your order, we collect your full name, street address, city, state, and ZIP code.

Purchase history

We store records of packs you have purchased, including pack serial numbers, transaction IDs, payment status, shipping status, and reveal activity.

Pre-launch email capture

If you sign up for early access before launch, we collect your email address and your optional consent to marketing communications.

Usage and analytics data

We collect anonymized usage data through Vercel Analytics, including pages visited, referrer URLs, device type, and general location (country/region). This data does not identify you personally.

All payment processing is handled by Coinflow. When you enter your credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay details, that information is transmitted directly to Coinflow's secure systems.

Luxe Breakers never receives, stores, or has access to your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials. We only receive a transaction ID and payment status from Coinflow after a transaction is processed.

Coinflow's privacy practices are governed by Coinflow's Privacy Policy.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Process and fulfill your orders
• Send order confirmation and shipping updates via email
• Respond to your support requests
• Send early access and marketing emails (only with your consent)
• Detect and prevent fraud and abuse
• Improve our site and product experience using aggregate analytics
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and keep your cart state. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

Vercel Analytics uses a privacy-friendly, cookie-free approach to analytics that does not track individual users across sessions or sites.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect site functionality, including the ability to stay logged in.

We use the following third-party services to operate the site:

• Supabase— authentication, database, and file storage. Your account data, purchase records, and shipping address are stored in Supabase's managed PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS.
• Coinflow — payment processing. Handles all credit/debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay transactions.
• Vercel— web hosting and analytics. The site is deployed on Vercel's infrastructure. Vercel Analytics collects anonymized page view data.
• Resend — transactional email delivery for order confirmations and account notifications.

Each of these providers has their own privacy practices and data processing agreements. We only share data with these providers to the extent necessary to operate the service.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes (e.g., purchase records, which we retain for seven years in accordance with standard financial record-keeping requirements).

Pre-launch email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to retention obligations)
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

Luxe Breakers is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and row-level security on our database. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you by email or by a notice on the site. Your continued use of Luxe Breakers after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
